Mr. and Mrs. Smith

mmmm... so I saw this movie the day it came out but I decided to post about it since I was in the mood after posting about the Sandler movie.
I thought this movie was pretty average because I guess I wasn't all that impressed with the plot of the movie. I hate movies with two main conflicts if they do not seem to mesh well together. This movie seemed longer than it should have been and I guess if I were it's teacher I'd give it a "C" and a "Nice effort but missed the point"
It had a handful of funny one-liners but nothing that sticks to your memory.
I do however like how the seasoned lead actor and actress acted.
I may be being too critical of this movie seeing as how it has made over 50 million dollars worldwide and I may be the only person in the world who has anything bad to say about it... but there it is.
I'd recommend the movie below more than this one.

The Longest Yard

A post in a long time....
Well I saw this movie today and I must tell you I was hesitant because I had wanted to watch Batman Begins.. but I've gotta tell you, I was ROLLING ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING! It was HILARIOUS!
For as much as it was publicized (or wasn't) and for how little I heard about it after being released, I thought it was an average comedy. I was pleasantly surprised. I almost wanna say that this is Adam Sandler's best movie, but upon consideration I'll take it back. It definitely wasn't his funniest performance, nor the best, but it was his funniest movie. the combination of actors that they had for the movie was absolutely amazing though I was somewhat disappointed in Chris Rock's performance. He of course played the same funny, racist-like, black man role, but in this one his jokes/one liners weren't as good as usual. He is of course still very funny, but it's not the usual I'm-peeing-in-my-pants funny...
The music I thought was great... mostly because I like rap and would someday wanna be black, but that's just me. There is also a lot of ripped black men without their shirts on, so if you're into that kind of thing, you'll definitely enjoy it.
So I recommend it and I'd even watch it again in theatres (and that rarely happens)
